Caesarea: Architectural Harmony Facing the Lake in the Golf Neighborhood

On a generous 1,000 sqm plot in the exclusive Golf Neighborhood of Caesarea, we designed a landscape envelope that engages in a delicate and precise dialogue with the home’s architecture. The project, designed by architect Israel Noots, is characterized by a single-story structure that integrates into the open landscape facing the lake, with the role of the planting being to enhance the architecture without overpowering it.
At the center of the home, a spacious patio was designed to serve as the tropical, beating heart of the structure, introducing natural light into the central space and integrating lush tropical planting that creates a sense of an inner resort and a vibrant, refreshing contrast to the clean architectural lines.
The home’s envelope is wrapped in a unique lattice screen, functioning as a kind of architectural “skin” that accompanies the building and the fences; therefore, the front façade was left airy and free of planting, allowing the dominant element to breathe and lead the design language.
At the rear of the plot, a striking infinity pool is located, with its waterline kept open to the breathtaking view, without planting.
The planting was concentrated in a bed alongside the seating area, framing the view while maintaining an open, clean horizon, and creating the feeling that the house is enveloped in nature at every moment, while preserving a clear hierarchy between the structure, the planting, and the surrounding landscape.
