Herzliya: Urban Transformation and the Art of the Compact Pool

Location: Herzliya
Plot Size: 330 sqm

This project in Herzliya, situated on a 330-square-meter plot, is a story of total transformation. After living in their home for several years, the clients sought a fundamental change to their outdoor space—the addition of a swimming pool combined with a complete redesign of all outdoor surfaces and seating areas.

Smart Planning for Compact Spaces

The primary challenge was integrating a pool into a modest-sized plot without sacrificing the sense of openness or privacy:

A New Entrance Experience: We redesigned the approach to the property with floating stairs, establishing a light, modern architectural tone from the very first step.

Poolside Privacy: To create a secluded sanctuary within an urban setting, we implemented clever landscaping solutions that provide a lush, green screen around the swimming area.

Maximizing Space and Depth: In the rear of the garden, custom planters and layered vegetation were used to create a sense of scale and abundance, making the space feel significantly larger and more luxurious.

Resilient Flora: We selected a palette of hardy, high-end plants that maintain a vibrant look year-round with minimal effort.
